社團法人一點五度科學減碳倡議標準協會 (SSBTi) 今日正式發布「黑水虻負碳循環經濟」專案計畫，將
結合頂尖技術與科學減碳，開創台灣有機廢棄物處理新局，為台灣淨零轉型，提出科學解答。
面對 2050 淨零轉型的國家目標，有機廢棄物的妥善處理與資源化，是實現循環經濟與減緩氣候變遷的關鍵戰役。社團法人一點五度科學減碳倡議標準協會（SSBTi），以推動科學基礎的減碳路徑為核心使命，經過長時間的深度研究與策略整合，今天正式宣告已尋獲並整合了台灣在此領域的最優解決方案。
科學減碳協會理事長汪瑞民表示，在發布此計畫之前，SSBTi 的核心成員與合作夥伴已在此領域深耕多年。團隊曾深度參與飯店業的廚餘研究，並主導相關減量方法學的評估與建立。2023年起迄今，我們的階段性計畫成果逐步顯現，成功驅動了生命週期評估（LCA）平台的導入與建置。LCA平台所使用的國際標準數據庫與亞洲模型，更是成功整合至數個大型軟體平台，成為其共用規範的一部分。豐碩的成果證明，SSBTi提出的的技術與方法論均已成熟，正式宣告從研發階段，邁入商業化量產期間。
汪瑞民說，SSBTi的解決方案目標是「強強聯手，定義未來」。這項專案計畫的基石，建立在台灣產學研的黃金組合之上，所有布局現已到位，內容包括：
科學碳權路徑：依循國際認證之 ACM0022 方法學。
創新商業模式：導入「控股技術服務」加速市場應用。

本計畫聯盟的近期目標是在全台灣建立指標性的示範專案，展示此一整合方案的卓越成效。「黑水虻負碳循環經濟聯盟」的成立，代表了台灣頂尖的科研實力、創新的商業策略與權威的科學減碳管理能力的完美結合。這項計畫提出的不只是一個產品，而是一個能實際解決問題、創造永續價值、並與國際標準接軌的完整生態體系，此計畫將為台灣的淨零路徑，貢獻出具體而顯著的力量。

— Combining Cutting-Edge Technology with Scientific Carbon Reduction to Pioneer a New Era in Taiwan's Organic Waste Treatment —

Foreword: Presenting a Scientific Solution for Taiwan's Net-Zero Transition
In the face of the national goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, the proper treatment and valorization of organic waste are critical battles in realizing a circular economy and mitigating climate change. The Supply-chain council for Science Based Targets Initiative (SSBTi), with its core mission of promoting science-based carbon reduction pathways, hereby officially announces that after extensive in-depth research and strategic integration, we have identified and consolidated the optimal solution in this field for Taiwan.
A Strong Foundation of R&D and Proven Success
Raymond Wang, Chairman of the SSBTi Association, said，Prior to this official launch, the core members and partners of SSBTi have been deeply engaged in this field for many years. Our team has been profoundly involved in food waste research within the hotel industry and has led the evaluation and establishment of relevant reduction methodologies. From 2023 through 2024 and 2025, the results of our phased projects have progressively emerged, successfully driving the introduction and construction of a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) platform. The international standard databases and Asian models used by this platform have been successfully integrated into several major software platforms, becoming part of their common specifications. These fruitful achievements prove that our technology and methodology have reached maturity, and we officially declare the transition from the R&D phase to the commercial mass production stage.
