SSBTi 擬為「櫟莊園」打造獨一無二的「美的ESG連結」示範園區

(本刊消息-2025-08-27)在全球ESG與淨零轉型成為產業共識的時代,供應鏈永續治理的重要性日益凸顯。供應鏈科學減碳聯盟(ssbti.org)近期將以過去協助高端農產食品品牌 (Aconpure) 導入ESG的成功經驗,為「櫟莊園」提出三個面向的合作構想。

SSBTi表示,首先將協助櫟莊園建立「美的量化基礎」園區的「碳足跡盤查 (LCA)」為「櫟莊園」的核心體驗(例如:一次完整的遊園體驗、一份套餐、一項特色商品)進行碳足跡計算。同時將協助生成一份科學化的LCA報告,清晰呈現「櫟莊園」在追求美的同時,對環境的影響,並找出未來可以「更美」的優化方向。
其次是轉譯數據為品牌故事,為該園「撰寫ESG永續報告」希望將科學數據將其轉化為動人的品牌故事。SSBTi計畫協助撰寫ESG報告的章節,以及製作給訪客、合作夥伴的溝通材料。報告內容例如:「您在櫟莊園的每一次深呼吸,背後是我們透過科學方法減少了多少公斤的碳排放。」「您品嚐的這道料理,我們追溯了從產地到餐桌的每一個環節,為您呈現一份『負責任的美食』。」
第三,打造可追溯的永續體驗「導入數位化ESG平台」SSBTi希望讓永續成為一種互動體驗,SSBTi表示,該協會與A1智慧工廠聯盟合作開發了「雙E永續治理平台」,能將 ESG 數據與日常營運結合。未來可以應用在園區的介紹、產品的包裝上,附上QR Code。當訪客掃描後,即可看到這項產品或服務背後的碳足跡故事、原料來源、以及「櫟莊園」的永續承諾,創造極高的品牌信任感與差異化。
SSBTi協會理事長汪瑞民表示,「櫟莊園」的美,不僅在於視覺與體驗,更在於其背後對環境與社會的深刻關懷。SSBTi協會將持續與「櫟莊園」開展交流,期盼雙方成為實踐這份關懷的最佳技術夥伴。

SSBTi Plans to Create a Unique “Aesthetic ESG Connection” Demonstration Park with Li Manor

In an era where ESG and net-zero transition have become global industry consensus, the importance of sustainable supply chain governance is increasingly significant. The Supply-chain SBTi Association (ssbti.org) has recently proposed a three-pronged cooperation framework for Li Manor, drawing from its past successful experience in guiding premium agri-food brands (such as Aconpure) in ESG integration.
SSBTi stated that the first step will be to help Li Manor establish a quantified foundation of beauty—through conducting a carbon footprint assessment (LCA) of the estate. This will include calculating the carbon footprint of its core experiences, such as a full garden tour, a set meal, or a signature product. At the same time, SSBTi will generate a scientific LCA report, clearly presenting the environmental impacts behind the pursuit of beauty, while identifying opportunities for optimization to achieve “greater beauty.”
The second step is to translate data into brand storytelling—by drafting an ESG sustainability report that turns scientific data into compelling narratives. SSBTi plans to assist in writing ESG report sections or preparing communication materials for visitors and partners. Examples include:
“Every breath you take at Li Manor is backed by our scientific efforts to reduce X kilograms of carbon emissions.”
“For every dish you taste, we have traced every stage from farm to table, delivering to you a truly ‘responsible delicacy.’”
The third step is to create a traceable sustainable experience—by introducing a digital ESG platform. SSBTi hopes to make sustainability an interactive part of the Li Manor experience. Together with the A1 Smart Factory Alliance, SSBTi has co-developed the “Dual-E Sustainability Governance Platform,” which integrates ESG data into daily operations. In the future, QR codes could be embedded into estate displays or product packaging. When scanned, visitors would see the carbon footprint story, raw material sources, and sustainability commitments behind each product or service—building strong trust and clear brand differentiation.
Raymond Wang, Chairman of SSBTi, remarked:“The beauty of Li Manor is not only in its scenery and experiences, but also in its profound commitment to the environment and society. Through this collaboration, SSBTi hopes to become Li Manor’s best technical partner in realizing this meaningful vision.”
