整體目標 / Overall Objective

這是一系列規劃好的課程。最終目標是讓參與的供應鏈夥伴、顧問及認證人員，能夠成為處理數據和符合標準的「盤查系統尖兵」，以建立一個符合國際標準和主要供應鏈（如 Walmart）要求的盤查系統人才庫。
This is a planned series of courses. The ultimate goal is to enable participating supply chain partners, consultants, and certification personnel to become experts in handling data and complying with standards, in order to build a talent pool for our verification system that meets international standards and the requirements of major supply chains (like Walmart).

計分與資格認證系統 / Scoring and Qualification System

我們的課程是圍繞ISO標準的核心要求來設計的。然而，正式的ISO系統主要針對評核與認證，而我們的計畫是根據與認證夥伴討論的結果，專為供應鏈管理實務所規劃。為了體現這一點，我們實施了以點數為基礎的資格認證系統。
每一堂課結束後都會有考試，通過考試的學員將會收到證書並獲得一點點數。
Our program is designed around the core requirements of ISO standards to support compliance. However, while formal ISO systems focus on rating and certification, our program is tailored for practical supply chain management, based on discussions with certification partners. To reflect this, we have implemented a point-based qualification system.
There is an exam at the end of each course. Upon passing an exam, the participant will receive a certificate and earn one point.

資格級別 / Qualification Levels:

第一級：合格供應鏈廠商 (至少1點)

作為我們供應鏈中的合格廠商，公司內部至少要有人員取得一點點數。這能確保我們的合作夥伴具備基礎知識，能更完整地對接我們整體的永續發展要求。

Level 1: Qualified Supply Chain Vendor (1 Point Minimum)

To be recognized as a qualified vendor in our supply chain, a company must have personnel who have obtained at least one point. This ensures our partners have a foundational understanding to align with our broader sustainability requirements.

第二級：資料收集師 (需3點)

對於需要為我們整個供應鏈群體（為Walmart、曦爵、SBTi、CDP等專案）收集資料的人員，則需要更高的資格。要成為「資料收集師」，學員必須成功通過前三堂課**（課程一、二、三）的考試，從而取得三點**點數。此資格證明其具備有效且正確地進行LCI（生命週期盤查清單）資料收集的能力。

Level 2: Data Collection Specialist (3 Points Required)

For individuals who will be responsible for collecting data across our entire supply chain group (for Walmart, CJCHT, SBTi, CDP initiatives), a higher level of qualification is required. To become a "Data Collection Specialist," a participant must successfully pass the exams for the first three courses (Courses 1, 2, and 3), thereby earning three points. This qualification certifies them to perform effective and accurate LCI (Life Cycle Inventory) data collection.

課程大綱 / Course Outline

整個培訓計畫分為五個階段性的課程，每個課程都有其特定的目標和學習產出：

The entire training program is divided into five phased courses, each with its own specific objectives and learning outcomes:

第一堂課：入門介紹 / Course 1: Introduction

內容: 整體介紹 ISO 14064-1、ISO 14067、CDP、SBTi 等國際標準。此課程已有在越南開設過的培訓錄影，可供參考。
目標: 讓學員至少了解這些標準的基本內容與要求。

Content: A general introduction to international standards such as ISO 14064-1, ISO 14067, CDP, and SBTi. Video recordings of this training previously conducted in Vietnam are available for reference.
Objective: To ensure participants understand the basic content and requirements of these standards.

第二堂課：實務操作（組織層級）/ Course 2: Practical Application (Organization Level)

內容: 培訓如何以「公司/組織」為單位，進行資料盤查與收集。
目標: 學員具備協助公司收集溫室氣體盤查所需資料的能力。
Content: Training on how to conduct data verification and collection at the "company/organization" level.
Objective: Participants will have the ability to assist their company in collecting the necessary data for a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory.

第三堂課：特定足跡（產品層級）/ Course 3: Specific Footprint (Product Level)

內容: 深入到特定「產品線」，進行供應鏈的細部分析與資料收集。
目標: 區別於第二堂課的組織盤查，學員將具備針對單一產品進行碳足跡分析的資料處理能力。

Content: In-depth analysis and data collection for a specific "product line" within the supply chain.
Objective: Differentiating from the organizational focus of Course 2, participants will gain the data handling skills for product-specific carbon footprint analysis.

第四堂課：數據品質與軟體應用 / Course 4: Data Quality & Software Application

內容: 學習如何判斷資料的正確性與品質（DQR - Data Quality Rating）。
目標: 學員需學習使用LCA（生命週期評估）軟體，並具備判斷數據品質高低的能力。

Content: Learning how to assess the correctness and quality of data (DQR - Data Quality Rating).
Objective: Participants will learn to use LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) software and gain the competence to evaluate data quality.

第五堂課：總結與認證準備 / Course 5: Conclusion & Verification Preparation

內容: 收尾課程，進行查證（Verification）或認證前的準備工作。
目標: 確保學員完成所有必要的準備，能夠正式處理符合 ISO 標準及客戶要求的資料與流程。

Content: A wrap-up course covering the preparatory work for formal verification or certification.
Objective: To ensure participants have completed all necessary preparations to formally handle data and processes that comply with ISO standards and client requirements.

課程收費方式 (Course Fees & Pricing)

凡購買 Nanozeo、eFootprint服務，或 SBTi 的碳足跡模型軟件（至少購買一個產品模型），即可獲贈一個免費點數（含證書）。
Receive one complimentary point (including certificate) with the purchase of a product from Nanozeo, the eFootprint service, or an SBTi Carbon Footprint Model Software (minimum one product model).
供應鏈策略聯盟的夥伴，可獲贈送一點免費點數或一堂免費的初階入門課。
Partners of the Supply Chain Strategic Alliance may receive one complimentary point or a free introductory course.
初階課程（第一、二、三堂課）(Beginner Courses - Courses 1, 2, and 3):
每堂課費用包含材料工本費 NT$2,000 及證書費 NT$1,000。其中，2,000的材料費可於日後折抵購買產品或軟件的費用。

The fee for each course includes a Material Fee of NT2,000 and a Certificate Fee of NT$1,000. The NT$2,000 material fee can be credited towards future purchases of products or software.

進階課程（第四、五堂課）(Advanced Courses - Courses 4 and 5):
此類關於資料品質、認證與盤查的進階課程，將與認證公司合辦，費用另計。開班需湊足至少10位學員。
These advanced courses on data quality, certification, and verification will be co-organized with a certification body. Fees will be determined separately. A minimum of 10 participants is required to form a class.
